I did not register!?

I've been receiving unsolicited communication from [URL Removed] recently. As per their e-mails, I was successfully registered, and my woolworths card was successfully linked...

The problem is that I NEVER registered, nor do I own a woolworths card!? Half of the details they sent me isn't mine!? I have contacted them per e-mail, and they ignored my request for removal
