Dear sir/Mad.
It has come to my attention that my parcel has been sent back. The item that I was expecting. As the package never arrived to me in time or as it should have, or have any notification regarding my parcel. However on your tracking sheet it says there was an attempt of delivery, i wonder to who cause i never got any notification. attached is report.
I am extremely disappointed in RSA Post office. this is purely a decline in the quality of service. Frankly, this is most frustrating and severe.
This recent experience will force me to seek out alternative methods of all future packages and parcels with one of your competitors unless I am shown that quality of service will greatly improve.
