SA Post Office
One month and still at recieving postoffice

My parcel number PE791145015za was accepted at Welobie post office on the 22/2 and has not moved or can not be traced, it is the 18th /3 today and i have contacted the post-office and got told they don't know whats happening?
What kind of response is this? where is my parcel?
