Disgusting Service from SA POST OFFICE

I have never in my life received such appalling service.
A friend of mine sent a gift down from the UK nearly 4 weeks ago. It arrives in cape town shortly there after, and ever since then the service i received makes me disgusted!!
Firstly, SA POST OFFICE blame the "CURRENT DELAY" on STRIKES. I'm still waiting to hear back on the status of the parcel, so I give them a call on 0215905400 and the African woman on the other side answers saying "Hello please hold...(and puts me straight on hold with those annoying waiting tunes)". Roughly 5 min later she comers back on the line and asks what I want, so i explain i want a parcel tracked, so she puts me on hold again. ANOTHER 5 min later she picks up again, and said "Hello please hold" so i quickly stopped her and explained my frustration, she she transfers my call to the person i need to speak to. (Why did she not do this as i asked her)
Then, the new parson i speak to tracks my parcel, and said "Its on the floor not the shelf, she cant tell me whats happening" so i explain to her i don't no what she means, and she slams the PHONE DOWN ON ME

Never ever will i use, nor recommend the Post office, ill rather pay more and Use DHL!
