Startd wen they employed me lying about my offer. Wen I started working its a different story, the offer is way less than initially promised. They hav done it with every agent who works for them, wen u question it the'l make sure 2 get rid of u. Was offsick last month, provided a sick note. Apparently chantel called my gp 2 check if note is valid, n she claims doctor had no record of my visit. Wantd 2 force me 2 sign DE form, guess wat I'm 4rm my gp nw n they hav my medical record 4 last month. Her attitude with me started wen I questioned the looong hours shifts xtented 2 12-9pm, no allowance or pay rise. She is absolutely rude telling my fellow colleagues employed through callforce hw we need a degree 2 understand a simple contract, which she tricked us into signing it (regarding the new shifts). She is unimagenably rude, always condensending people. I need advice as to hw 2 deal with callforce agency. All of the key account managers they appointed 2 ichoices staff hav been nothing but rude to us. Please guys do not use this agency, they mislead (especially about pay and working hours). Once you are legally binded they treat you like an illeterate with no rights at all.
