GT Recruitment is a Recruitment agency in Cape Town. 4 of the candidates submitted to us and then appointed by us, has never been to the offices of the recruitment agency.
It is appalling and unethical to sell a service of recruitment and not take the time to meet with candidates especially if they are based in Cape Town. GT refused to adjust their invoice, completely ignoring the dissatisfaction experienced by us as a client and had been dishonest about meeting a particular candidate.
Breach of trust is huge and cannot be repaired with an email saying "sorry, it wont happen again".
We will never use this company again and certainly do not recommend them for any recruitment needs.
