I have been employed by Mabhoko Recruitment Agency from 01/06/2011 and they terminated my contract on 31/12/2013 as Telkom took over all temporary staff from Mabhoko Recruitment Agency. Me and a lot of my other colleagues had leave days still due to us and in the termination letter it was made clear that the monies for those days will be paid out to all employees. To date no one has received their money and when we questioned this everyone said we must speak with the CEO Marco Ngwane as they are no longer employed by the company. After finally getting a contact number for Marco we made contact with her and she made it very clear she wont pay out any Money because she has an court case with Telkom which the outcome will determine if we will get the money or not. When asked how the court case is affecting her ex employees she simply stated we decided to work for Telkom so we will have to wait. My lawyers have send an letter to them as to when they are planning to pay me and they have not responded nor is someone answering their telephone numbers.
