Im am absolutely shocked as to the management that quest has thus far provided. on their website they market their agency as one of the best agencies in the market at the moment. i have been working at the company that they have placed me with for about 7 months or so, and it is nothing like they promised it would be. we were promised benefits and increases once we have finished training and to this day we still havent seen those benefits or even heard talks about them. this is really upsetting because we work hard yet they do not show any apprecitation towards our hard work. people are getting paid late or not at all when they should and this obviously results in debit orders bouncing. people do not get their commission in full as well. the situation has gotten so bad that people are starting to petition and want to be managed by callforce which honestly speaking from what i have seen is the best agencies thus far, very efficient and very appreciative of their agents. i joined quest because they said that they are the best staffing solution but honestly speaking they are the worst.
