The agency has a line where registered applicants who are registered with the agency can use to call and ask if there are any job openings available. I called in on 4 april 2013 at about 14:25 to find out information about jobs and the lady that took my call was very rude telling me the pace of my speaking was too slow for her and that there was another call waiting for her to take. Its a pitty I didn't take her name but that kind of attitude shouldn't be taking any calls cause clearly she has no patience. The agency is suppose to help us find jobs
