A parcel was shipped to me from china 3months ago the parcel has been sitting at the Johannesburg INT mail hub now for longer than 2 months with no delivery. I haven't received any information about what the progress is or why the parcel is not being send to me. I have tried calling the customer care line and each time I get through the phone just gets dropped in my ear. This is absolutely poor service and there's no communication so there's no way of me knowing what the problem is.
