In the beginning everything was perfect, i would schedule follow up appointments at the end of each treatment. Until Leandi one day was in a rush & said she would sms me with my next session. She never did, after 6 weeks i called her. She informed me that she had moved premises (just by the way) Are you not supposed to inform your recurring clients before you move? It was after this treatment that i noticed that after about 5 treatments my hair was growing back. We came to the conclusion that it could be her new machine that did not work on me (I started on a new machine afew sessions into my treatment, Leandi bragged about how good it was & that it would be cheaper, needless to say there was no difference in results or price) Leandi agreed to redo all my treatments free of charge, although she did seem hesitant.
Every month i would struggle to get an appointment at Mediskin, Every sms would be returned quick answers "im away" "im booked" Eventually she sent out a sms saying that her machine had been struck by lightning (although i did not use her new machine) I am very disappointed as for the 2nd time the hair has grown back, but i refuse to go back to Mediskin.
