This was the second time i went for the Brazilian treatment.
The first one was done at the Melrose arch branch. What fantastic service and by hair was looking good and healthy.
3 months later a went for another treatment At the Sandton city branch. It is now a month since this treatment and my hair does not feel anything like what is should be feeling and looking like after do this treatment.
R1055.00 later and i have nothing to show for it.
The stylist who did my hair at sandton clearly was saving cost. The amount of product he used on my hair was nothing compared to what was used when i went to Melrose. Maybe that is why the difference in results.
I will never go to the Sandton branch again. This complaint is being logged in the hope that something will be done correct this mess.
It is unacceptable that i had to pay all this money for something that should have lasted at the least 3 months and its not even a month yet and my hair is back to normal. This is despite that fact this also purchased the after care productsthat needs to be used to maintain the treatment.
I would like to know what is going to be done about this.
