I have just had the Aqua-Net people around to fit an old safety net to our pool.
They fitted the net and when I asked them to remove the old hooks (and ugly) from the old net they refused, saying that it was too difficult. The workers also attempted to clean up the mess made by drilling and managed to smear mud all over the place. A shoddy job.
