I wanted towels that was on special, but Cape Gate had no more stock. I paid R50 to get it transported from Stellenbosch to this branch. The lady responsible for this, did not do her job, and after 4 weeks of repeatedly asking and waiting, Tracy came on the scene and really went out of her way to find the towels and keep me informed of her progress! This happened in January already, but I feel she needs a pat on the back!
I finally got the towels, and was a happy customer. She was friendly and professional at all times!
