My wife called the Dog Parlour or a price to have our Maltese' hair cut. she accepted the quote given and took the dog as per the arranged appointment. Half an hour later an sms was recieved to say the dog was done but the price was more. upon enquiry my wife was told that the dogs hair made the cutters blades blunt and that it would cost R30.00 to have it sharpened already.

now clearly this is a dog parlour and they trim dogs hairs. The way the owner treated my wife as a customer left us with a rather negative First Impression of this establishment. i will not refer this parlour to anyone and will gladly take our dog back to the Dog Parlour in Claremont where the customer gets treated with respect and where Business Ethics Count
