Lack of Training of Staff cost me R5000

I was in an accident less than 2 Km from my home. I called Standard Bank Summer cover which is operated by Europ Assistance. I was told by Henrique, consultant I spoke to at the time of the accident to allow Dynamic Towing to tow my car after me stating upfront that I was involved in an accident. He confirmed that they are a preferred service provider to Europ Assist. I was then charged R5000 by my insurance company for the tow and storage. When I queried this with Europ Assist they told me that they do not cover accidents. I have sent numerous emails stating that I was NOT told that accidents are not covered, or I would have naturally called my insurance company and not incuured any costs. The telephone recordings were conveniently "corrupted" and all 3 calls cannot be played back. I specifically confirmed with Henrique before the car was towed that I will not be held liable for ANY costs. Henrique said that the car MUST be towed to DTL's yard for Europ Assist to cover the costs. Due to the lack of training of the staff it cost me R5000 which Europ Assist is not refunding nor are they replying to my emails. I cant accept that they dont cover accidents when I was not told upfront.
