Still waiting for Refund

I rented a car from Europ Car on the 18th of March 2013. I have called the accounts department and have been promised my refund several times. In fact it was meant to be in my account on Friday the 22nd of March. I am still waiting. I rent a car once a month when I am in Cape Town and thought I would try Europ car. All i can say is you are useless. I will never rent a car from you again. Your represntatives make promises they cant keep and still a week later I have not recieved my refund. Oh wait it took me having to scream and shout to get an invoice. Useless useless useless. I have already informed my Pa never to use you again. What a waste of time. I would rather pay more to rent a car then use Europ car.
