I have sent numerous e-mails and only receive "out of office " notices!!!
Since January 2013 in total 10 MONTHS, I have received no reply on my claim.
THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID MY CLAIM, NOR HAVE THEY COMMUNICATED WITH ME THE PROGRESS!!!
