On Friday, 18/01/2013, Le Woof Doggy Parlour picked up my 4 Yorkies to be shaved and groomed. At about 13h00 the owner calls me at work and tells me that they had an accident with one of the Yorkies - they cut off the one ear. Luckily it wasn't the whole ear but a piece of about 1cm. She just wanted to tell me before I see the dog, but such things happen. I still had to pay the full amount for the grooming. She then dropped my dogs at home.By the time I came home for lunch just after 14h00 my floors and walls were full of blood. It just blows my mind that things like this happen at a business advertising in the local newspaper that the groomer is professionally trained. Never, ever will my dogs go back.
