Absolutely disgusted at the rude owner named Lynne, second time now I have used her to wash my dogs. Each appointment has been a very unpleasant experience. You will never see this woman smile or greet you in a pleasant manner. Last appointment it was the stormy weather and I was not prepared to pay RR325-00 (which is a total rip off to begin with) to wash my dogs only to have them run outside in the rain and mud. Because of the above I was informed by this miserable woman she cant accomodate me again because I cancelled on the day and I should have watched the weather forecast. I agreed with relief that it would be my last appointment with her.
Her prices compared to other mobile dog parlours is the highest and my dogs certainly didn't look that much cleaner. Her attitude is that she is so in demand and she certainly does not need anymore business. I informed her as I paid her R150 for my one dog that I will not be recommending her and her rudeness is a disgrace!!!
