BAD JOB & OVERCHARGING

Message showed up on TV screen saying check you set top box connection.
SATCOMM came out and allegedly replaced the LNB, a 2 x 4 switch and about 10 metres of cable and handed me an invoice for R7, 200-00 which I refused to accept, eventually they gave me a new one for R3700-00
My comments as follows:
Call out fee invoiced R499 - advertised as R300 on their website.
Dual LNB invoiced R850 - for either my own old one or a second hand part!
2 x 4 switch invoiced R750 - this did not need to be replaced
RG 6 cable less than 10 metres, invoiced R1260 -This is the price of about 100 metres and the cabling was not secured and lying loose on the roof!
Labour R530
Total R3700-00
Actual charge for parts work done by SATCOMM should have been around R1, 000.
The problem was not fixed and so I had to call in another firm who re-installed my old parts and installed a new satellite dish, problem solved!
