It took these supposedly 'DSTV accredited installers' two full days and a new 90cm dish to get a workable signal for my Explora. They charged an exhorbitant amount and left. When I could not get Box Office to work, I phoned DSTV. The signal was not up to standard. I contacted another accredited company who discovered that there was a mash of hand-connected wires in the roof, none of the switches for which I paid were there and that the decoder was still connected to the old dish. None of the phone numbers on the invoice work. Stay clear of this group, they are artists.
