I am a small upcoming shop in the Southern Cape. I received my newspapers for re-sale since I opened my business. As from Friday 2013-11-29 however this service suddenly stopped. I contacted the George office via email and the response was the problem will be solved immediately as they are on a new system. Since then and after numerous emails and even phonecalls to the call centre, with the promise that they will call back, I am still battling to get my newspapers delivered. I am so desperate that I had to buy newspapers from other shops just to keep my customers. I am losing my customers and all that On the Dot does is to not rectify this problem. How is it possible that their new system can individualise only my business??? I am losing income please help
