Caxton Local Newspapers abides to the rules of the Audit Bureau of Circulations, a regulatory body covering distribution of the newspapers in South Africa.
In terms of the rules, we are required to deliver five copies weekly to office blocks and office parks. We have been doing this since October 2012.
We do offer an alternate for those who don't receive the newspaper. They may read the newspapers online through our website, [URL Removed] (enter the area in which you live).
