SA Post Office EMS Courier has no Customer Service

I have parcels being couriered in from Australia and after 7 days all I am able to determine from the Australian side is that the parcels have arrived in South Africa. The telephone numbers for the Post Office EMS courier is never answered and their website goes nowhere and is of absolutely no value.
