POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAVE HAD A POST BANK ACC SINCE 2010 BUT HAVE NOT BEEN USING IT ACTIVELY, i DO NOT KNOW MY ACC NUMBER AND I ALSO LOST MY CARD... SO I CALLED THE POST BANK CUSTOMER CARE LINE AND THE GENTLEMEN I CALLED THERE WERE VERY MUCH HELPFUL, I THEN CALL THE RANDBURG THE POST OFFICE BRANCH TO FIND OUT IF THEY HAVE CARDS INSTOCK AND AT WHAT TIME THEY CLOSE SO I COULD LEAVE WORK EARLY, I SPOKE TO SHELLY WHO TOLD ME THAT I COULD COME THRU, I GOT THERE AT 4H30 AND THEY TELL ME THAT THEIR MACHINES ARE OFFLINE, AFTER INSISTING THEY DECIDED TO ASSIST ME ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT MY ACC ISNT REFLECTING ON THEIR SYSTEM WHICH IS VERY PUZZLING BCOS THE CALLCNTRE GUYS COULD SEE IT ON THEIRS 30 MINTES EARLIER... THE OTHER SALES GUY THERE MPHO KEPT HURLING REMARKS ABOUT HOW I AM LYING AND MADE FUN OF MY SITUATION... I HAD TO GO AROUND BORROWING MONEY TO GET BACK TO MY PLACE BECAUSE THEY WOULDNT HELP ME EVEN THO I HAD GIVEN THEM MY ID BOOK, TELLING ME HOW I SHOULDVE COME EARLIER (HOW? WHEN I WHAD BEEN AT WORK!!)... THESE PEOPLE SHOWED VERY LITTLE CUSTOMER CARE... VERY DISSAPPOINTED... AND THIS MORNING I SPOKE TO DAVID AT THE CALL CENTRE WHO SOUNDED VERY MUCH ASLEEP... UTTERLY DISSAPOINTED
