Poor Customer Care

I have been a client for the past 6 years at this branch of Postnet and also owns a post box with them.
Few days ago I posted a book (normal post) and paid R14.70
Today I wanted to post 18 of the same books and was quoted R66 each. The manager was standing next to the attendant who was attending to me. She did not greet and although she heard my complaint that this was now not the same price, she ignored me. The attendant told me that the previous attendant made a mistake last time. I am a very dissatisfied client. It was as if nobody cares that I am taking my business to Post Office. (And yes, the price of R14.70 was correct, I checked with the Post Office.)
I have phoned and asked to speak to the owner of this branch but was told that she will contact me. I have left my number. Poor Customer Care is unacceptable. Unfriendly staff is unacceptable. Different prices for the same service is unacceptable.
