Experian - Absolutely useless company and people

I have never experienced such frustration from trying to resolve an issue like with these people.

The one service provider that appears on my credit report made an error that reflects as a negative impact on my credit report. I then got resolved this issue with the service provider and they email all the credit bureaus to change the error on there part. This was already last week, three out of the four have already updated and sent responses, except this useless place.

I then tried to phone them on Monday to see what was happening and spoke to woman named Pam, to which she said to me that they sent it to the query to the wrong email address and must send it to [Email Removed] so i did, and received no reply. I phone yesterday (26/11/2013) and speak to a guy named patrick (he should be fired, rude and has no clue what he is doing), he tells me to wait while he searches the emails, and found nothing, then tells me the person who sent the email is not authorized so that why the emails don't show and also that it was sent to the wrong email address (the right one being the first one).
They email me Wednesday, and they have updated the wrong thing. USELESS and CANT READ!!
