I received outstanding service from the Durban branch of the "Battery Clinic" franchise.
I needed a replacement battery for my vehicle, and happened to phone them for a quote, and was pleasantly surprised with the advice and help over the phone. I then went into the branch to have a battery test done, and was really impressed with the professional friendly service by all staff members. The shop was clean, well organised and the staff member explained how they tested the batteries and showed me the test results clearly so I could understand.
I was shown to a comfortable waiting room while they replaced the battery, and was offered tea or coffee while I waited, and was even offered the remote to change the channel on the TV to my choice. Furthermore they tested my alternator and starter motor and once again I was clearly shown the test results. When the fitment and testing was complete, I was advised on correct battery maintenance and told that I could bring it in every 3 months for a check up and they'll top up the battery water etc. for me.
All in all probably the most pleasant experience I've had from any company in the Automotive industry! Thanks very much...
