This spa currently has a groupon deal running in Johannesburg. I called to make some enquiries regarding the deal and the lady who answered didn't seem very clued up and then asked me to call back because she was busy with a client. Somebody else then took the phone from her and very rudely told me to call back because her staff are busy. I asked if she was the owner and she said she was. I asked her to assist me and all she could do was cut me off and tell me to call back later.
Sorry, you've lost my business for being so rude and unwilling to help. Don't offer groupon deals if you can't offer a good service.
