DAMAGED MY VEHICLE

I PARKED IN THE COVERED PARKING AND APPARENTLY MY VEHICLE GOT WET WITH A LEAK FROM THE SLAB AS THEY HAVE A FOUNTAIN ON THE UPPER LEVEL.
I THOUGHT THAT IT WA ONLY WATER AFTER I TRIED CLEANING MYSELF I NOTICED BLOTCHES OF WHITE MARKS SO I TOOK IT TO A PROPER CAR WASH PLACE AND THEY HAD TO DO 2 TO 3 POLISHES TO GET THE MARKS OFF AND IT COSTED MY A HUGE AMOUNT TO GET IT CLEANED.
I CALLED THE MANAGEMENT AND THEY REQUESTED AN INVOICE WHICH I PROVIDED AND TOLD ME THAT IT WAS APPROVED AND THE MONEY WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO ME. AFTER 2 MONTHS OF NOT RECEIVING ANYTHING THEY TELL ME TODAY THAT I PARKED ON MY OWN RISK AND THAT NOT PREPARED TO PAY.
HAVE WE COME TO SUCH A POINT THAT EVEN IF YOU PARK IN A RESONAELY SAFE PLACE WE SHOULD ALSO WORRY ABOUT LEAKS THAT CAN DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!! ITS SAD THAT THESE MALLS WANT US TO VISIT BUT ARE NOT ABLE TO LOOK AFTER OUR BIG POSSESSIONS .
IS IT WORTH IT TO VISIT THEM???
THE MONEY IS NOT THE PROBLEM ITS THE PRINCIPAL THAT MATTERS AND WE THE PUBLIC ARE GETTING FROM EVERY ANGLE.
I WONT BE VISITING THERE ANYTIME SOON
