No show for appointment

We had an appointment with Arlene for today at 10h30 after weeks of communications. Yesterday she phoned to confirm the meeting. For us it was not possible but not getting any other day we decided to cancel some of
our appointments with our clients to accommodate Arlene. 10 minutes before the meeting someone from their
head office phoned to cancel, 10 minutes later another call from some else, both gave different reasons for
cancellation. Bear in mind you approached us for our business, how can you now be trusted to deliver a service
to us for which we have to pay you. If Pretoria is to much of a travel hassle to you then dont make appointments
outside your comfort range.
