On the 2nd September, I logged onto Kalahari and saw the Game of Thrones Book Set advertised for R22. This was marked down from R874.95. I added the item to my cart and proceeded to checkout. All this time the amount still said R22. With delivery the order came to R57. When I was promted to pay, the amount changed to the original price of the book. I then contacted the call centre and queried this with them and even sent them a screen shot of the R22 price that it was advertised for. They told me that this was an error and that they cannot give it to me at that price.
This is very upsetting as this is false advertising on Kalahari's part as this was the price that they had on their site. It is very sad that they dont take issues like this seriously and that they obvioulsy dont care about ruining their reputation with their loyal customers.
