I have had terrible experiences with Non-stop Printing when I had pricelists printed for my beauty salon. Please do not use this company as they are the worst when it comes to dealing with customers and professionalism. The standard of their work is terrible (Gareth - graphic designer clearly doesnt know what he is doing). They refuse to refund my money for a banner that I did not take from them because the art work looked so terrible. Numerous calls and emails to them (Hugh/Jason) have been ignored. Jason has promised to look into the matter and get back to me but has since ignored my emails. Hugh says that they are not affiliated to each other however they trade under the same name and Hugh answers the phone every time you call Non Stop Print. They are unethical & unprofessional people and should pay me my money.
