TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service

Well, Where to start... Jason and Gareth at this company have absolutely no communication skills. Jason took my payment and promised me delivery no later than 24 July 2013 as the canvases were a gift for my sister's 30th birthday on the 27th.

Right up until the 26th they were making promises to have the parcel with my sister for her birthday. Speed services were the company they said would be delivering the parcel.

Needless this did not happen and today when I followed up, it was confirmed the parcel was sent via the normal post office and MAYBE my sister will get it next week.

I have e-mailed, smsed and called the work and cell number and had no reply from this company.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

My only hope is that the quality of the work is good - they never even sent me artwork to approve! Talk about unprofessional!!!
