Efusal to rectify badly printed t-shirts

We asked one stop print to print some t-shirts for us for our biggest corporate client FNB. THE T-SHIRTS WERE DOUBLE PRINTED - FADED PRINT QUALITY - WRONG FONTS - WRONG COLOURS - they refuse to refund our money so we can get somebody else to do the job.
