I received a threatening e-mail from Violations Processing Centre demanding a ridiculously high amount of money for the less than 200km's of the toll road I have made use of. No sign of an invoice or any proof of the amount. My e-mail address has also been obtained illegally by SANRAL and VPC because I have given no company authorisation to share my address with anyone.
