Nomfundu assured me everything was sorted out. Now I have been billed double again!!! R1317-72.
I did not have enough money in my account and the debit order is sure to bounce, putting my good name to shame. I was supposed to pay only a small amount this month, but Multichoice decided I must pay double again. That is 2 extra months now that I paid for nothing!!
I need this sorted out, today! I want my money back, today! I am still waiting for the e-mail that was apparently sent to my personal address. This is my e-mail address, no other address: [Email Removed]
