As per aggreement and invoice instructions, The Photo Corner chould not live up to their own agreement... the photo booth was arranged as entertainment on our weddingday but unfortunately half of the time that they were suppose to operate the computer was faulty and my guest could not make use of it, when i got there i saw the prints wasn't even printed with the designed logo as per agreement as well as the colour of the prints was faded as if the ink was finished - not acceptable on a weddingday!!!
Afterwards i asked Traci from The Photo Corner this had to be fixed because we paid a lot and be so embarrased on my wedding was a disgrace! Traci agreed to investigate and to send double reprints with the correct logo - waited three weeks and queried my prints... a week later received one set of prints but with different guests on one strip from the booth, i can give a guest a foto strip with complete strangers on their photo strip!
Seriously paying all that money for nothing - not again... this is to avoid another bride to experience what i went through on that once in a life time day!
Traci hasn't replied after i queried the mixed up single prints 2weeks ago - very unprofessional!
