I had found out from my service provider that i was being billed by Smartcall Technology Services (STS) without my permission. this is a clear violation. i do not even know the service they are supposedly supplying me.
i have tried to contact them through the information provided on their website to no avail.
i expect this service to be stopped immediately and to be refunded all taken from me.
i do not spend money that i do not have, and i don't have.
Please address immediately.
