I paid for a BEE assessment and audit in February 2013. I made numerous phone calls to Ukuthenga, and was eventually assessed in August. But I still have no certificate. I phoned Ukuthenga again today, they have run out of excuses and asked me to phone the MD, Gavin. I have phoned him 3 times today, but he has not responded to my voicemails. 9 months??? I think there is a going on here.
