Paid 16/04/2012 for BBEE certificate and took all relevant papers from Knysna to Capetown (september 2012) to get it to speed up, until now i can't provide any bbee certificate to one of the insurance company's and it effect my bussiness. I did leave several messages at the office (021-5953022) and on Gavin's cell phone (0826733832) with frustrated messages regarding this matter.
Before i did do the payment of R6000.00 i got a phonecall everyday for the payment and there after the service was very bad and one a
other thing is that i had to phone them to remind that our certificate had expired.
I did received a phone call 2 weeks ago from Johannes and he told me he wait for a signature befor he can send me the certificate. Yesterday when i phoned same story persone resposible to make the sign is again not at the office... endless...
