My Burner 9 iron's shaft snapped and I took it to The Pro Shop to be repaired. They fixed it within 24 hours at a very competitive price.
6 months later the shaft on my 9 iron snapped again and I took it back to the Pro Shop - I didn't have an invoice or any proof of the timing of my repair and that it was in fact done at the Pro Shop. Not asking any questions they offered to repair it free of charge and this being done on a set of clubs that I didn't even buy from them in the first place.
