We bought a brand new flute less fireplace system from Jetmaster in Canal Walk. The strong gas fumes from the unit has forced us to shut the unit down. We were told by Jetmaster to open some windows to allow for ventilation which we did but the fumes remained and left the unit unusable. I have contacted Jetmaster in Jhb to try and find a solution and Trefon promised to investigate and give me some feedback however he still no responded to me or any or my follow up e mails.
