We reported the problem telephonically to the sales man and he claimed the unit needed to adapt.
The problem was reported again and again. Eventually their electrician came out to inspect the problem without any equipment to test and evaluate, as a matter of fact not even a driver in his hand, informing us on our usage. Information we already have. Now, our electricity usage is basically the same as last year, due to the fact that we don't do anything different, that means only one thing... Either the unit is faulty or it doesn't work at all.
Even after a hefty phone call to the so called owner and 5 emails later, [URL Removed] are giving us a flat ignore. They advertise on radio stations and have apparently 16000 happy customers, but they fail to keep us happy with their "Power Optimizer Correctioner". Beware, the product is over R13 000.00 and it appears to be a. No feedback. No After Sales Service. No real Savings and as the old saying goes: "to good to be true, it probably is". Next step, National Consumer Commission. Again, BEWARE!
