I installed technosave @ home to help me save electricity bill and to live 'green' After few months I sent in a complain that there is no saving my electricity usage. they asked me for bills and all detail was sent to them. they made changes on the time settings (which was done on installation also) I tried for next few months again and called in my electricity units myself every month to insure readings on bills same as my readings @ home.
The techno save unit became faulty last week - still under warranty. I tried to cancel the contract as the unit is faulty and still no saving. According to them no cancelation is possible and I will have R350 call out fee to get installation of new unit - after which I am still under warranty. I have monthly installment on top of no saving on electricity bill and now no cancellation!!!
