AquanetPretoria supplied us with our swimming pool safety net. They require a deposit before installation and ONLY install the safety net once full payment has been made. Once installation took place, an additional payment was required. I was unaware of the outstanding amount. I did not pay immediately or within a 30 day period and AquanetPretoria handed us over to Credit Intel. I contacted AquanetPretoria, and they responded that they operate on a strictly cash scenario. I realize that I owe them money, but to hand us over to Credit Intel, without sending another email or invoice or to wait until 30 day period is over, is bad business. The Accounts Department person I spoke to was rude and unwilling to listen to my side of the story. She insisted that that is how AquanetPretoria does things, and I must settle the account with Credit Intel because it is out of her hands. I find it highly unprofessional and hope that I will never make use of AquanetPretoria again or refer them to friends and family!
