I did the whole credit clear thing. Two installments were deducted and I was given very little info on the procedure. I then requested more info and read through everything, I then decided that I do not want to go through with this anymore as it is just a lot of fees and monies that need to be paid. This is suppose to be a service that helps a person. But instead it requires such alot of money that people cant even afford. Why do you think we are trying to this? It is because we do not have the money in the first place, but yet people are made to believe that it will be soooooo easy for them to get their names cleared. Can I please have my money refunded ASAP and please dont say I must call the call centre as the phone either just rings or you get put on hold for minutes on end as I dnt have airtime to waste on this. It already cost alot of time and money to try and get through to the call centre. So some action on this matter please
