I m anot impressed with the service level in customer service contact centre, i called in and i spoke to some called Andre he is so rude and i asked to speak to a supervisor and he tole me they are all in a meeting and i should call again. i have decided to cancel this contract and i WANT my money back coz i cant deal with up people who cant treat peaple with respect and he said i must hold for someone else its been 30 minutes since i am holding in counting and i know he has put me on. so i dont need this service anymore i want my R1598 BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT asap
