I bought a GHD on May 2012, I paid for it by cash and was advised by the salesperson that I dont need to keep the receipt as all I had to do was register it on the GHD website and the warranty would hold, however when I called GHD I was informed that that I needed the reciept. The staff at GHD are highly un friendly and impatient I called there several times with no assistance. I am willing to pay for the repairs however there is no one willing to assist me. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?
